In this tutorial, we will talk about how to utilize Workscreen’s bulk actions. This is a tool that lets you perform the same task on multiple applicants at once saving you time and reducing repetitive work.
This tutorial will cover:
How to perform bulk actions on several applicants, such as rejecting, shortlisting, or sending messages, at once.
Let’s get started!
To perform bulk actions:
Start by going to all job posts
Then click on your specific job you are hiring for. Let’s assume you were hiring a customer support representative. Click on the role.
Then, click on view leaderboard
Before you get to the list of applicants on the leaderboard, make sure you go through the helpful guidelines displayed on this page and click on this section
Once you do, a pop-up will appear where you can read more about the bulk actions.
Once you have gone through the useful information, go back to the previous page and find the list of candidates by scrolling down.
Click on the checkbox beside the names of candidates, as shown here
Then click on “Bulk actions.”
From there, you will see this box,
You can send messages, skill tests, schedule interviews, shortlist, reject, mark as offered, mark as hired, and mark candidates as favorites at once.
These bulk action features come in handy, especially when doing high-volume recruiting, since you don’t have to do these things one at a time for every candidate. They save you time and boost efficiency.
