What Happens to Your Applicant Data?

WorkScreen.io provides tools for managing applicant data but does not own the information you collect.

  • Data Controller vs. Processor:
    • You (the client) are the data controller responsible for the applicant data you collect.
    • WorkScreen.io acts as the processor, storing the data securely on your behalf.
  • Full Data Control:
    • You can delete or export applicant data as needed.
    • Deleted data is permanently removed from our backups within 90 days.
  • Data Retention:
    • As long as your account is active, you have full control over how long you retain data.

How Do We Use Your Personal Data?

WorkScreen.io acts as a data controller for the information you provide to us (e.g., account registration details) to use our services.

  • No Sale of Personal Data:
    We do not sell personal data to third parties, serve advertisements, or use your data for marketing purposes.
  • Third-Party Service Providers:
    We share your data only with trusted service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g., hosting providers, security tools). These third parties are required to comply with GDPR standards.
