With WorkScreen.io, you have multiple options for reaching out to qualified candidates. You can email them directly from our dashboard, schedule an interview via Google Meet, or use a scheduling tool like Calendly. If preferred, you can manually reach out to the applicants using the contact information they provide, such as email or phone number. Our system puts you in control of how you engage with candidates.

For subscription plans, credits renew each month and do not roll over to the next month. For pay-as-you-go credits, they expire after 1 year from the date of purchase.

The evaluation process is designed to be efficient, with candidates given up to 75 minutes to complete the assessments. However, most candidates can finish in under an hour, giving them enough time to comfortably complete all phases without being rushed.

We utilize a proprietary combination of programmatic and AI-driven methods, honed over 10 years of hiring experience, to rank candidates. This ensures you can quickly and effectively identify top talent.
Can I use this to hire on other platforms like Facebook or Twitter?
To comply with the rules of most freelance sites, we do not ask applicants to create an account or share their email addresses or phone numbers. Instead, during the evaluation onboarding process, they will provide their profile link. For example, if you posted a job on Upwork, you will receive the applicant’s Upwork profile link to communicate with them directly on the platform.
How does the subscription/credit system work?
You only pay for applicants who complete the onboarding evaluation process. For example, if you have a package for 25 applicants, your package will be exhausted once 25 candidates have finished the application process.
Do candidates share contact details like email?
Yes, you can customize the contact information you’d like to collect, such as email addresses or phone numbers, to make it easy for you to reach out to qualified candidates directly.
