  • On your dashboard, click on Create a job 

 

  • Include the name of the job

Then focus on the section written Very Important. We explain why Workscreen does not have a one-click AI-generated job description like other ATS platforms. While it may seem like a limitation, there is a very good reason why we did not include it. This is because relying solely on AI to create a job post leads to a generic job post that does not tell the candidate much about the job and why they should apply. It makes you look bad and seem like a ghost recruiter.

Once you click on the links, you will see a pop-up containing the full posts, or you can also click on the links provided to check them as a blog article.

Once you read them and create a job post, click on Proceed to the next page and add pay information. This is crucial since candidates like companies that display their salaries.

Next, provide your contact details

Then proceed to custom questions. Under custom questions is where you will find an option to request a video introduction.

To request, just check the box provided, and when you finally share the link to your job post, candidates will record the video and it will appear under custom questions afer the evaluation questions and responses.
