Currently, we don’t offer a free plan. You can sign up without any charge, but to create a job post campaign, you’ll need credits. You can either subscribe to a plan or purchase pay-as-you-go credits to launch your job post campaign.
What is the difference between plans?
All plans allow you to receive unlimited candidates, but they differ based on the number of applicants who complete the evaluation process. For each applicant who successfully finishes the process, 1 credit is deducted from your balance. Once your credits are exhausted, the job post campaign will betemporarily locked. While there is no limit to how many candidates can apply, credits are only deducted for those who complete the process, ensuring fairness and filtering out serious applicants.
How long does WorkScreen take to set up?

Does WorkScreen bring me candidates?
No, WorkScreen provides the platform for candidates to complete their applications, but it’s up to you to share the job post link on various platforms. You can post your job ads on job boards, social media, Facebook groups, and other hiring channels to attract applicants.

What happens when I run out of credits?
You will receive an email notification when 70% of your credits have been used. Once you’ve exhausted your credits, you’ll receive another email, and your job post campaign will be temporarily deactivated until you top up. If there are applicants in progress, they will be allowed to complete the process, but their results will only be processed after you purchase more credits.

You only pay for applicants who complete the onboarding evaluation process. For example, if you have a package for 25 applicants, your package will be exhausted once 25 candidates have finished the application process.
